The ideal candidate will be an energetic entrepreneur with proven CA SiteMinder experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Candidate must possess the knowledge and experience necessary to act as the primary point of contact for all SiteMinder issues at an enterprise deployment site. This position requires an extensive understanding of web application security and architecture, excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in a 24x7 environment.
The duties of the Premier SiteMinder Support Engineer will be performed as part of a virtual team working from a home office setting. Candidates must have secure, reliable access to a high-speed Internet connection for telecommuting.
Summary of essential job functions
• Act as the central point of contact for all issues related to client's SiteMinder deployment
• Develop, document and maintain an intimate understanding of the deployment such that issue resolution times will be kept to a minimum
• Assist with problem analysis and resolution, coordinating across departments as necessary
• Work against tightly targeted Service Level Agreements (SLA's) for initial response and update frequency
