CoreBlox will provide a dedicated engineer to develop an intimate understanding of your CA SiteMinder environment and business objectives. Your dedicated engineer will work closely with your staff to engage as the primary support contact for all issues related to your CA SiteMinder implementation, decreasing time to resolution and keeping your environment operating at peak performance. The engineer can work remotely or on-site depending on your needs and budget. Responsibilities include:

  • Drive the issue resolution cycle via your preferred support tracking tool
  • Engage in the planning process for maintenance, enhancements and upgrades to your environment
  • Submit weekly status reports detailing accomplishments, upcoming tasks, and risk factors
  • Coordinate bi-weekly status meetings
  • Engage in knowledge transfer activities such as the creation of knowledge base articles and how-to’s
