Senior Consultant - APIM (Federal)

CoreBlox is seeking API developers and/or API Management SMEs with CA APIM or competing technology experience (e.g. Apigee, DataPower, MuleSoft, etc). Web services experience and strong UNIX skills are a must for a unique opportunity to pursue a career within the API Management (APIM) space. Candidates should have a dedicated work ethic and the ability to learn quickly. As this resource will be primarily focused on working with government agencies, candidates must be US citizens who have achieved Department of Defense (DoD) TOP SECRET security clearance level.

Summary of Job Responsibilities

  • Complete enablement courses for CA APIM. Enablement will include formal classroom training as well as shadowing in the field
  • Work with internal and client-side resources to deploy and support CA API Management in high availability environments
  • Conduct deployment and optimization tasks across the full API Management life cycle including design, creation, orchestration, protection, testing, deployment, promotion and monitoring
  • Analyze and execute significant infrastructure updates and product upgrades
  • Collaborate with members of the CA Technologies team as well as client-side resources

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or commensurate professional experience
  • At least 5 years of programming experience working with web services and API's
  • Strong UNIX background

Senior CA PAM Consultant

CoreBlox is seeking an experienced information security professional for a full-time or contractor-to-hire opportunity. This position requires a solid understanding of CA PAM and combatting insider threats through the use of Privileged Access Management tools. The ideal candidate will be an energetic entrepreneur with enterprise security experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a dedicated work ethic, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. The candidate should be open to expanding into technologies from CoreBlox partners such as Ping Identity, Radiant Logic and SailPoint as necessary based upon the requirements of our engagements.

Summary of Job Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and client-side resources to deploy and support CA PAM in high-availability, heterogeneous environments (on-prem, private cloud, and public cloud)
  • Demonstrate understanding of the entire CA PAM Suite including CA Privileged Access App to App, Session Management, and Secure Password Vault
  • Design solutions across the entire Privileged ID lifecycle including onboarding, workflows, access certification, audit and reporting

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities for product and service sales.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline.
  • Work with inside sales representatives from our channel partner companies.  Develop deep relationships and support qualification, pre-sales, account management and deal closure.
  • Qualified candidates must be energetic and focused, with relentless motivation to sell and strong desire to succeed.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct selling experience with products from one or more of the following vendors: CA Technologies, Radiant Logic or Ping Identity.
